HI-8588PST is an ARINC 429 bus interface receiver with an SO 8-pin package, utilizing analog/digital CMOS technology. ‌

The design features of HI-8588PST include:

Directly connect the ARINC 429 line receiver interface to simplify lightning protection capabilities and increase external series resistance by 10 Kohm. ‌

The input delay at the receiving end is at least 2 volts. Test the input bypass analog input and force the digital output to a zero or empty state. ‌

Provide plastic and ceramic packaging options, supporting surface mount and DIP packaging. ‌

Can provide industrial and extended temperature range, suitable for various environmental conditions. ‌

In addition to its basic functions, HI-858PST also allows each ARINC input to be connected in series with an external 10 Kohm resistor without affecting the ARINC input threshold, which is particularly useful in applications that require lightning protection circuits. In addition, the test input forces both outputs to be zero instead of an open circuit, which makes the HI-8588PST more flexible and reliable in testing and applications.
