Virtex ®- 7 series: After optimization, it can achieve the highest system performance and capacity, with a 2x increase in system performance. The functional device technology supported by the highest stacked silicon interconnect (SSI).
The 7 series FPGA is built on advanced high-performance, low-power (HPL), 28 nm high k metal gate (HKMG) process technology, which can achieve an I/O bandwidth of 2.9 Tb/s, a 2 million logic unit capacity, and a 5.3 TMAC/s DSP, greatly improving system performance while reducing power consumption by 50%. Compared with the previous generation of devices, it is powerful and can provide a fully programmable alternative to ASSP and ASIC.
